Built to
give back

At CDC, giving back is woven into our culture. Through CDC Cares, we support the communities where we live and work—channeling our creativity, compassion, and connections into real impact.

CDC Cares Mercy House
Mercy House partnership

For 30+ years, we’ve supported Mercy House. Through board service, fundraising, and hands-on involvement in events like the Art of Living Gala, we help organize vendor donations and show up in full force.

Cdc Cares Affordable Housing Outreach
Affordable housing outreach

Our design of La Placita Cinco sparked an ongoing relationship with its residents. Each year, we “adopt” children for the holidays, provide Thanksgiving dinner kits, and lead cold-weather drives for local armories serving the unhoused.

Cdc Cares Canned Food
Team-driven giving

Every CDC employee gets a paid volunteer day to support a cause they care about. We also match donations for Giving Tuesday and respond to natural disasters and global crises through the Red Cross and other vital organizations.
