Christie Pettus has been with CDC for more than 25 years, leading the day-to-day operations that keep the company running smoothly. Before joining CDC, she spent 18 years in operations and store management at Nordstrom, where she developed her deep understanding of team leadership and customer service.
As President of Operations, Christie works closely with CDC’s design and logistics teams to ensure they have the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed. She’s passionate about fostering a positive, collaborative environment where people feel valued, energized, and empowered to do their best work.
Outside of the office, Christie enjoys spending time with her dog and best buddy, Dash. She also loves catching up with family and friends, discovering new restaurants, seeing the latest movies, and cheering on her favorite sports—everything from tennis to football.
