Sarah Breen brings more than 30 years of marketing and real estate experience to her role as Vice President of Marketing at CDC. She joined the firm in 2000 after relocating from Chicago and became a Partner in 2019. Since then, she has helped position CDC as a trusted creative leader in the interior design, homebuilding, and commercial real estate industries.
Sarah leads CDC’s marketing, brand strategy, and business development efforts, working closely with executives across real estate and development to build strong, enduring partnerships. Her expertise spans branding, advertising, digital content, and client engagement.
In addition to her work at CDC, Sarah is an active industry leader. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Residential Neighborhood Development Council, sits on the Board of Trustees for the California Homebuilding Foundation, and is involved with the National Association of Home Builders, Building Industry Association, and Sales & Marketing Councils throughout California.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys cooking, traveling, exploring new wines, and spending time with her cavapoo, Ginger.
