With nearly four decades at the firm, Julie Ann Stark is a cornerstone of its nationally acclaimed reputation. She began her career as an intern while studying at FIDM and quickly rose to a designer position, helping to shape the company’s legacy of excellence in model home merchandising and multi-family amenity design.
As Partner and President of Design, Julie Ann works closely with clients, consultants, and architects around the world, bringing creativity, strategy, and vision to every project. She leads the design and marketing leadership teams with a focus on collaboration, authenticity, and innovation—while continuing to mentor and be inspired by the next generation of designers.
Her work has been recognized with numerous industry honors, including the GSMC BJ Stewart Women’s Achievement Award and the Orange County Business Journal’s Women in Business Award. A frequent speaker at design conferences, she is an allied member of ASID and IIDA and a contributing member of the Color Marketing Group. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Mercy House.
Based in Costa Mesa, Julie Ann enjoys traveling both locally and internationally with her family and friends—always seeking fresh inspiration to bring back to the work she loves.
